Library Online Reference Assistance (LORA)/ Chat with Librarian Serves as an online channel for students and teachers to access needed reference materials easier and quicker This allows the library to connect and provide the information needs of the UDM community by getting assistance from professional librarians.
This service is open from Monday – Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

From receipt of the question, the LORA officer shall evaluate the inquiry if it is too specific or genera.
LORA OFFICERS (Librarians) shall find materials from the Web Page (LIST OF OER in the Google Form)
If the inquiry is complex, for example, SENSITIVITY, the LORA officer must check with the user what sensitivity is he/she referring to? However, there are times that users are not prompt in answering questions. Another option is that the LORA officer is expected to check what is in the resources both journals and books.
The librarian is responsible to facilitate the request and expect a response within Library hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Saturday only during library hours.
