If a student has a Library Card Number, whether in print or digital form, proceed to Ma'am Cherry for the replacement of their temporary library card, even if they do not have a 1x1 ID picture on the day of claiming. However, the student should be reminded to provide a 1x1 ID picture during the visit, (but if they want to borrow book/s attach the printed temporary library card)

For new applicants, the staff will check first Google Drive to avoid duplication applications. Then, let the student scan the QR code for the application and proceed to Jennifer Garcia for verification, once they have the number, proceed to Ma'am Cherry to get the library card form. However, the student should be reminded to provide a 1x1 ID picture during the next visit.

If the student is in their fourth year and already has a temporary library card, there is no need for a replacement; only validation is required once enrolled in 2nd semester.
